Angelina Jolie on Detox Diet for new Movie Role
According to reports on Entertainment and Showbiz, Angelina Jolie is losing weight for her new role as Evelyn Salt in the movie ‘Salt’ using a Detox Diet popular two years ago. The actress has started the Martha Vineyard Detox Diet which is a 21 day diet of no solids, rather a diet of shakes and drinks are consumed on regular intervals. She hopes to lose 9.6 kg over the 21 day period and as of today has lost 8 pounds or 3.6 kg.
Natural Weight Loss
The role was originally written for Tom Cruise but rescripted for a woman when Jolie became available. She hopes to lose all curves she had prior to the diet to play the role of a man convincingly. Such extreme diets are not recommended and went out of fashion a number of years ago. A more sensible diet with supplements, life style changes, and exercise is the common way to return to a more natural healthy weight.
I think he is ok as an actress. I little weird in real life. Yet her dedication to this role is honorable.
