    Thank you for you most helpful comments on losing weight, I have tryed many diffrent weight loss programes in the past, and your comment where very helpful.I have had a little success with keeping my weight to what I enjoy it to be. I was three stone more then what I should be, and got down to two stone less then my ideal weight. I am now back up to a stone higher then I should be. But I anm now working on getting back to my I deal weight.

    Great article. I wanted to drop one more tip with regards to eating slower. Since it takes so long for your stomach to realize you’re full, try using a smaller plate. Don’t use a giant dinner plate, instead use a small luncheon plate. It has the psychological effect of making you feel full after eating a plate full of food. Try it and see if it works for you.
