I am not entirely sure if this can really work. Surely most of us eat the wrong things at the wrong times. This cannot be good for our bodies. Granted. But then again, if it was that easy to loose weight in 11 days only, why is this diet not wide-spread? Why does not every women talk about it if it was so effective? Most of us want to loose weight somehow, thus this diet should have made it on page one of all the glossy magazines, shouldn’t it.

Wow! I am imagining that Can I loose my weight in only 11 days.Thanks. Your 11 days diet plan is good. SO lets hope for best.Finally I have observed from your post that if you have the eyes on your food then it will be very easy to loose weight.
exercise and a healthy consistent diet is the answer to 90% of people’s problems. Eating more, but smaller meals throughout the day increases metabolism, but unless paired with a bit of exercise, be it just a daily walk, or a 10 mile run, exercise is key to burning those extra calories that we intake, allowing us partake in those delicious sweets we love so much!!
