Why Fresh Juice is Good for You

Many people prefer to make their own fresh fruit and vegetable juices.  They are free of preservatives and artificial ingredients, making them better for your body and overall health.  Here are a few other important benefits to juicing:

  1. Fresh juices are always good and great-tasting. We don’t have a juicer at home but we make own own lemon juice through fresh calamansi fruits. I really prefer to do the “squeezing” than buying a ready-made juice at stores. This way, we are sure that no harmful ingredients have been added. 🙂

  2. Nothing like fresh juice. I dont even think you can compare it to storebought juice, thats how much better it is. Plus, you can mix and match different fruits with each other at your own will rather than waiting around for xyz fruit juice company to develop, package and release a new flavor.

  6. Great review regarding the fresh juice.And i personally think that juice is rich in vitamin C and P, potassium, strengthen blood vessels. These juices are useful for the atherosclerosis, cancer prevention etc…
